6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship nationwide from our Austin, Texas facility. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected. Standard delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, express delivery 2-3 business days, with next-day delivery available in select areas.

We offer specialized hazmat shipping for regulated refrigerants in compliance with DOT and EPA requirements. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier for damaged or lost shipments.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted under our limited warranty terms for manufacturing defects and shipping errors within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original, unopened, factory-sealed condition with all original packaging and documentation.

A return authorization is required before shipping any products back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly due to our error.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we are at fault.

8. Limitation of Liability
